Oleander thrives in full sun and well drained soil. These species can become leggy and properly pruning these nice shrubs
  • will revive this plant. Prune back in the springtime. Each of the members of this family are poisonous. The Oleander is a great specimen to plant near evergreen trees and shrubs.

  • Neviusia - Alabama Snow Wreath - There are only two specimens of that make up this genus. They are popular in the state of Alabama in the United States. Neviusia can be seen on cliffs in the Black Warrior area. It is a deciduous shrub that can mature to around five feet tall.
