I started a gallery about of month ago for you to be able to get suggestions for your landscape projects or garden areas. I decided to show you a little different perspective on photos with shots of nature and breath taking views.

The pictures below were taken in the North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia mountains in the southeastern part of the United States. This gorgeous area is not far from my home. I wanted to give you a chance if you have never been in this area, to see the beauty that is around this part of the country. This photography represents just a fraction of the natural beauty in this part of the country as well as all over the world. The river picture was taken from Smokey Mountain National Park which straddles the Tennessee and North Carolina borders. The famous Blue Ridge Parkway runs from the Shenandoah Valley of southwest Virginia through the high peaks of the North Carolina Mountains. Mt. Mitchell, Looking Glass Rock, Grandfather Mountain, and Mt. Pisgah are located in North Carolina. Table Rock and Pretty Place are situated in the mountains of South Carolina. The last three photos are taken from Chinquapin Mountain near Highlands, North Carolina. I hope this past minute or two has given you a moment to catch your breath and also see some eye catching pictures of different areas in the southeastern US mountains.
