DYING WEEPING CHERRY TREE

I bought and planted a weeping cherry tree in April. It is now July and the tree looks completely dead. It was fertilized in the first week. I watered it every day for the first week, and now it gets watered several times a week. Unfortunately the place a bought it from does not take returns. I don't know if I should just dig it up and get a new tree, or if there is still hope. Please help.
