I liked your saute recipe but another thought I have done is add some soy sauce with the fresh herbs and vegetables. I also will add fresh scallops or shrimp and this can become a whole meal. Living close to the coast makes the scallops and shrimp easy to get! hope you try this as it is a great flavor and dish any time of year.
