HI Kimberly - thank you so much. So, should I "deadhead" the flowers? I was afraid to, since I thought they'd turn into the berries.

Hi Diane, Kimberly here from landscape solutions for you. Thank you for asking the question on Indian Hawthorn berries. The Indian Hawthorn is a great evergreen shrub.

In spring, flowers appear in white and pink. The flowers will die off. This shrubs has vibrant green leaves throughout the spring and summer months. In fall, when the tempertures start to cool, the blue berries will appear. Not part of the flowers, just a unique characteristic of this shrub. Great shrub to have year around.
