Thanks Morton I will try dig my tree out and re-plant it maybe if I put better soil will save the tree. Thanks again.

Only thing I can think of is either root disease or roots are waterlogged and this will kill just as quick as not enough water. Dig up tree and smell the roots and soil from bottom, if they smell terrible its probably a gonner, but could be worth it to pot it up, it Might come back.
Buy a new tree but you may need to find a better site for it or build a raised garden, 4' sq and about 8-10" high. Fill it in with good soil mixed with good compost or potting mix, about 50/50
I prefer to get my trees from a reputable nursery
I have a Prunus shirotae, Mt Fuji, on 6' standard
Double white flowers
